Dr. Nadeem Akhtar is a respected Assistant Professor at Yanbu Industrial College in Saudi Arabia, where he is a member of the Department of Management Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Social and Economic Sciences from the Karl Franzens University of Graz in Austria. His areas of research expertise include Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, and Business Innovation. Dr. Akhtar is committed to his teaching and community service efforts, having developed and taught courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels. He holds professional certification in the MBTI I & II and is an active researcher. He also has a record as a reviewer in international journals and contributing to the academic community in that way. He is serving as both Managing Editor of the SEISENSE Journal of Management and Editor-in-Chief of the SEISENSE Business Review.
